Little Blue Run, PA
This incredible blue lake on the PA-WV border is actually a reclamation pond where the local energy company treats fly ash, a coal byproduct. The clouds floating by cooperated by positioning themselves perfectly. Although fish do not live in the water, many species of birds do, and a local birdwatcher replied to my email to give me information on the location.
