Clouds | Landscapes

These photos were all taken out of a plane window with a single camera. I try to choose a seat near the back of the plane to avoid the wing (the ones in the front seem to never be available at bargain rates). When the plane is on a straight, horizontal course, take two images a few seconds apart.

Stereo images of clouds show depth and definition that is not possible by any other means. Distances are so great that our puny 2.5-inch eyespacing essentially sees everything in 2-dimensions. You only notice depth while flying because you're moving. If you were not moving, it would be nearly impossible to discern depth.
